What Outpace collects
Visiting outpace.media generates standard hosting logs, collected automatically by Vercel, the platform this site runs on: things like page requests, general location, and browser or device type. This is the same baseline logging any website host keeps to run and secure the site, and it is used in aggregate, not to build a profile on any one visitor.
Beyond that, Outpace only collects what you choose to send: the contents of an email to loren@incloudstudios.com, or the name, email, and meeting details you provide when booking a call through the Google Calendar link on this site.
What it's used for
To run the studio, nothing more: replying to your message, holding the call you booked, and understanding basic traffic to this site. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
Third parties involved
Two services see data as part of how this site and its booking flow work: Vercel, which hosts this site, and Google Calendar, which powers the booking link. Each operates under its own privacy policy for the data it processes.
Outpace does not set its own tracking or marketing cookies. Any cookies you encounter here come from the booking page itself, on Google's domain, not this one.
Your options
To see what's on file, ask for it to be deleted, or ask anything else about this policy, email loren@incloudstudios.com directly. It goes to Loren, not a support queue.
Changes
If this policy changes, the update will land on this page with a new date at the top. No separate notice, no fine print elsewhere.
