An eight-attorney Oregon injury law firm. A custom Next.js rebuild with Vera, an AI intake assistant trained on the firm, replacing a Framer template that scored 42 out of 100 on SEO.
FitMama Megan
A prenatal and postpartum fitness trainer in Petaluma. Full rebrand and rebuild, deliberately no AI: her clients want her, not a bot.
Compass
An internal legal-ops platform built for VWSH. Routes every new lead to the right attorney, syncs to Clio, and tracks intake from first contact to signed.
TravelStacks
An Outpace product. A flight-compensation platform where Phoenix, an AI agent, runs claim intake end to end.
